If the tracking information provided by the seller shows that your purchase is lost in transit, or tracking information has not updated, advise the seller to contact the carrier to file a lost package claim.
In the meantime, you may either reach out to the seller and ask them to provide a refund for the lost package, or file an “Item not Received” claim with us to ensure you get your money back.
If the tracking information provided by the seller shows that your purchase was delivered as addressed, the seller is not obligated to refund your purchase. It’s recommended to file a Missing Mail claim with your local postal service, or contact your local law enforcement to file a report of Stolen Property.
