What is the policy?

Offsite activity is any attempt to share contact information or take a conversation or transaction off of Grailed.

Potential violations of this policy include, but are not limited to, sharing contact information, social media handles, or referring others to other platforms in messages, listings, usernames, or elsewhere on Grailed, as well as attempting to complete transactions outside of the Grailed platform.

Conducting transactions offsite puts you at high risk of fraud, and Grailed Purchase Protection is not available for offsite transactions. 

If you need to send photos or other information to a user and are unable to do so through the messages, you can always edit the relevant listing or contact our Support Team for assistance.

Please note that offsite activity is reflected in your Account Health. Grailed may reduce listing visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who participate in offsite activity.
