To report a bug, listing, or user, please follow the instructions below.

Report a Bug

If you're encountering an issue or bug on our website or iOS app, please report the problem directly by emailing us at help@grailed.com. Please include relevant screenshots, links, or descriptions as to exactly what the issue is. 

Report a Listing

To report a listing via desktop, click on "Report Listing" on the listing page located below the description of the listing. 

To report a listing via the Grailed iOS app, scroll towards the bottom of the listing until you find the "Report Listing" button. 

Once reported, our Support Team will review as soon as possible.

Report a User

Grailed values our community more than anything, and we have zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior. Please report any users breaking our Code of Conduct or Terms of Service directly to help@grailed.com.
