How are items authenticated on Grailed?

Authenticated Product listings are assessed by either Grailed or its trusted partners before they hit the feed. Grailed uses human review of a listing’s digital content for those items that Grailed determines to be high-risk. For other items, Grailed uses machine moderation of a listing’s digital content. Grailed’s trusted partners are also vetted by our authentication team to confirm their processes meet Grailed’s standards.

An Authenticated card on the listing page indicates that the item has been reviewed under the processes outlined above.

If you do not see the Authenticated card on a listing, we may either not require authentication for this item, or our moderation team has not yet reviewed the listing.
