Why was my listing deleted?

Your listing did not meet Grailed’s requirements due to the item’s condition, quality, brand, lack of desirability or other determining factors established by our moderation team. Please note that custom items and those without designers are also subject to removal.

Why hasn't my listing sold yet?

If your listing hasn't sold, you may want to improve the quality of your listing photos or description. If that doesn't work, please consider dropping your listing price to gain the attention of more interested buyers.

Can I post more than one listing for the same item?

If you have multiple units of the same item, you should create a new listing after the first listing has sold. Duplicate listings may be subject to removal if the items are indistinguishable from each other.

I have an option to "bump" my listing. What does this mean?

Bumping brings your listing to the top of any search results or Feeds of buyers who follow you. Sellers have the ability to bump a listing every 7 days within the first 30 days. To bump listings older than 30 days, you must drop the price of the listing by 10% or more.

Why was my item moved to a different section?

Items are moved to different sections based on the discretion of the Grailed Curation team. Designer, price, condition and style all may factor into this decision.
