Listing Deletion

To help keep the marketplace fresh and ensure buyers are seeing inventory that is readily available, listings on Grailed may be deleted after a set period of time.

When are listings deleted from Grailed?

Listings may be deleted one year after they are created.

Once a listing reaches this age, it may be deleted from Grailed. Deleted listings will no longer appear in search or browsing results.

What happens when a listing is deleted due to age?

When a listing has been posted for one year:  

• The listing may be deleted from Grailed
• If deleted, it no longer appears in search or on your profile
• It generally cannot be restored

Why are listings deleted?

Older listings are less likely to be available for purchase, leading to cancelled orders or refunds and poor seller reviews. Removing outdated listings helps:

• Keep inventory on Grailed fresh and accurate
• Improve buyer confidence
• Increase the likelihood that items found on the marketplace are still available

How do I ensure my listing stays active? 

If an item is still available for purchase and you would like to ensure it remains active on the marketplace, you can duplicate the listing and publish it again.To do this, use the Duplicate Listing tool on your existing listing. This will create a new listing with the same information.  Please note that updating your item description, price or other attributes does not reset the age of your listing.
