I just sold an item on Grailed, what's next?

Congrats on making a sale! 

You'll know that your item sold and the sale is confirmed when you receive any of the following:

• A notification in Messages
• An automated message from GrailedBot with the buyer's address included
• An email from Grailed confirming your sale

Anytime you make a sale it will also show up in the Sold page on your account.

Shipping

Once the sale is confirmed, be sure to provide tracking information (if your sale is not subject to Grailed Labels) and ship within 7 calendar days to avoid the sale being canceled. The faster you ship, the faster you could get paid.  

If you supplied your own label and your tracking number changes, or was entered incorrectly, please be sure to update your listing in order to avoid any delay in payment or your sale being canceled.

Receiving Payment

Once released, it can take 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your payment to be processed by your financial institution. We’ll keep you informed on the status of your payout. Please note that international sellers can expect to be paid out within 10 business days from the date payment is released by Grailed.
