International Shipping to the EU

All sellers shipping to an international buyer located within the European Union (EU) must follow these guidelines when preparing a package.

Please provide Grailed’s Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) number (a tax entity ID associated with the EU) when completing the package customs declaration form as part of preparing your package for shipment.

International Shipping to Norway

All sellers shipping to an international buyer located in Norway must follow these guidelines when preparing a package.

Please include Grailed’s respective VAT On E-Commerce (VOEC) number (a tax entity ID associated with the recipient’s country) somewhere on the package label. Alternatively, you can include Grailed’s respective VOEC # when completing the customs declaration form that is completed for any package.

International Shipping to New Zealand

All sellers shipping to an international buyer located in New Zealand must follow these guidelines when preparing a package. 

Please include Grailed’s respective Inland Revenue Department (IRD) Business Number (a tax entity ID associated with the recipient’s country) and the customs code somewhere on the package label. Alternatively, you can include Grailed’s respective IRD Business Number when completing the customs declaration form that is completed for any package.

International Shipping to Australia

All sellers shipping to an international buyer located in Australia must follow these guidelines when preparing a package. 

Please include Grailed’s respective Australian Business Number (ABN, a tax entity ID associated with the recipient’s country) and the customs code somewhere on the package label. Alternatively, you can include Grailed’s respective GST Business Number when completing the customs declaration form that is completed for any package.
