Does Grailed have Expedited Delivery?

Yes, we do! With new next-day air and 3-day ground shipping options, both Buyers and Sellers can benefit. Whether you’re shopping for a special upcoming occasion, or need to receive a quicker payout for your sale, we all win when you choose expedited.

*Please note that the shipping time frame begins from the point at which the Seller drops off their package with the carrier. Sellers are afforded an additional 2 Business Day processing time to prepare and ship your order which is not included in the next-day or 3-day timeframe. 

What Expedited Delivery options are offered?

Next-day air or 3-day ground shipping options are available options to sellers and buyers located in the lower 48 contiguous states. This is an expedited label, meaning that the next-day or 3-day shipping timeframe begins from the point at which the Seller drops off their package with the carrier.

What qualifies as a Business Day?

Business days are Monday through Friday, not including weekends and regional or national holidays. Please note the business day goes into effect based on the Seller's time zone rather than the Buyers (i.e. Pacific vs East Coast).

What happens if the Seller doesn’t ship on time?

As a buyer, your purchase will be covered under Grailed Protection.

As a seller, you may lose your Speedy Shipper Badge if you fail to ship within the required 2 business day timeframe. 

Items not shipped within 48 hours may be canceled by our Support Team.

Is Expedited Delivery available internationally?

No, at this time expedited delivery is only available to users located in the lower 48 contiguous states. This does not include military addresses, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or PO Boxes.

Why isn’t Expedited Delivery available for all listings? 

Sellers can choose whether to offer expedited delivery options to their buyers. Additionally, only US-based sellers will have the option to offer expedited delivery. 

Which shipping carrier is used for Expedited Delivery? 

Expedited delivery labels are only generated with UPS labels at this time.

Where do I activate Expedited Delivery?

This option can be toggled on/off by Sellers in their Settings where they will be prompted to opt in or out. 

What if I offer free shipping on my order?

Free shipping applies exclusively to ground shipping. The buyer covers the cost of expedited delivery labels, which is not shouldered by the seller. In the case of expedited delivery, you can only offer free shipping on the 3-day ground shipping option, along with the regular ground shipping options.

Does Grailed have Holiday Expedited Delivery?

Holiday delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control. Please note that delivery estimates apply to orders delivered to a shipping address, where relevant. 

For US buyers, the deadline to purchase an item with 3 Day Expedited Delivery is Wednesday, December 17 at 11 AM local time within the contiguous US (excluding PO boxes and military bases) for expected delivery by December 24, 2025. 

The deadline to purchase an item with Next Day Expedited Delivery is Monday, December 22 at 11 AM local time within the contiguous US (excluding PO boxes and military bases) for expected delivery by December 24, 2025.
