If you wish to return your item, you must contact our Support Team within 3 calendar days from the date of when the item is received by you and they will determine if you are eligible for a return. If they determine your item is eligible for return, the Support Team will walk you through the necessary steps to retrieve a shipping label and have your item sent back to us for a refund. Failure to contact Customer Support within 3 calendar days from the date of when the item is received by you may result in the denial of your return request.
