Return Protection by Redo (Checkout+)

Checkout+ is an optional return protection product by Redo, available at checkout on select Grailed listings, that gives buyers the option to add coverage for some return reasons not eligible under Grailed Protection. 

How it Works

When you check out, you may see the option to add return protection (Checkout+) by Redo to your order. It's completely optional and you can complete your purchase with or without it. With Checkout+, you’ll have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a return with Redo for reasons or items not eligible for Grailed Protection. By adding Checkout+, you agree to Redo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

Filing a Return with Redo

If you purchased return protection by Redo and need to file a return, you can access the Redo portal two ways:

• Through the link in your post-purchase confirmation email
• By visiting the Redo Portal

All returns and refunds for purchases with Checkout+ added are handled directly by Redo. For full details on what’s eligible for return under Checkout+, review Redo’s Checkout+ Policy.
