If it’s been less than a week, please contact the seller again to request an update on the shipping status and allow another day or two for them to respond. It is not uncommon for many of our sellers to be juggling multiple sales at once!
If the seller does not respond, please reach out to us via our contact form.
Please note that if a seller does not add tracking to a shipment within 7 calendar days, the transaction will automatically be refunded.
