Yes, this is a requirement! If you do not ship with full tracking or delivery confirmation to the buyer's address shown during payment, your transaction will be automatically refunded and canceled within 7 calendar days of purchase confirmation and you will not be paid out.
This means tracking that is traceable from beginning to end on any domestic or international shipments. Please be sure to add tracking information within the Grailed messages within 7 calendar days of purchase confirmation.
To add tracking information on Grailed, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Grailed account and locate the sale in your Messages.
- Click on the conversation from the buyer to view the tracking information details.
- Select the courier service you've used to ship the item and enter the tracking number, then click "Add" to upload the information to Grailed. (Note: if the courier you’re using isn’t available, please select the receiving courier, i.e., USPS for the US.)
- Once submitted, the tracking information will be linked to this sale, ensuring any held funds are released within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation (barring certain circumstances, like if the buyer reports an issue, Grailed is conducting an internal investigation, or if Grailed is required to hold funds by applicable laws or regulations).
